Since DH is suddenly interested in Indian food and we don't have Indian restaurants up here, I bought two different prepared Indian foods from a local market in Burlington. I figured we could share both and then if DH likes them, we can research recipes so we can make them ourselves.

Homemade tomato soup, grilled cheese sandwich and an apple. Had wonderful leftover beef stew for lunch. It is so nice when the meal turns out so well, one enjoys one's own cooking.

My therapist told me the way to achieve true inner peace is to finish what I start. So far today, I have finished two bags of M&Ms and a chocolate cake. I feel better already!

    That's a good one!

The ones they had in the market were channa masala, one of my favorites, and chicken vindaloo, which I've never had.

It's all good, IMO. Papadums and pickle, too.

Ha! That's what we had, too. Granted, it was from the freezer section at Aldi, but still tasty.
