Uh, huh. And lower property values. Good job. But yeah---I passed up the opportunity of a lifetime, by not buying that unrestored Hudson-branded Metropolitan at the swap meet, years ago. Then, I screwed up royally(as they say in I-wah) by not buying the Hudson Jet that was for-sale, dirt cheap. It even RAN, so yo could move it around the yard.
