just today. I started carefully looking at the amount of protein. I’m eating. Much to my unhappy surprise, I’m not eating nearly enough protein. It looks like I’m going to have to have meat and beans with every meal. Fortunately, I love black beans. I love chickpeas. but man that’s a lot of beans.

I’m also ordering the stupid protein drinks. probably I need to look into “protein powder.”
