Talk about frightening! Hispanic individual stopped for plastic over his license plate by unidentified individuals (ICE) and detained at out of state facilities. Never even charged with a motor vehicle or any violation but shipped to different facilities out of state. And, yet people still wonder WHY ICE is not respected and there are protests and outrage!
