Even for an educated, articulate person, as we all hope our judges are, human prejudices and social environment are going to play a role. That does not mean that we should simply accept that and jump to the point where we decide a trial isn't really necessary because the "facts" are so obvious.




Careful Midwest, taking the position that CNBC may have withheld information that could acquit Mr. Zimmerman is treading on thin ice. I suppose we should all be grateful that they are trying to save taxpayers the cost of a real trial.
