Okay--how could I forget--"Bronxboy". I see Bronxboy is still registered, but hasn't been active for several years, now, unless he's a lurker. His deal was, living in a high-rent suburban area(was it Montgomery County, Md.), and trying to stay Real, instead of just keeping-up-with-the-joneses. That, would be a challenge.

Packy.........I thought you were fairly new here. Did you used to have a different name? (or is that a secret?)

Packy I seem to recall some of your posts saying 'little bitty' or 'itty bitty'. Doubt that is a coincidence.

I think of WJ Simon often. Wonder how her daughter is doing. Someone exposed or outed WJ on the old site if I remember that right.

I remember Screaming Flea moved across country with her dog. She worked in customer service I think.

HoosierNan- I thought she passed away from the cancer. Didn't she leave her husband and then found out she had cancer. or vice versa.

Jill Sanders- lots of drama there.

    Isn't Homenurse now domesticgodess?

Simpler at Fifty......I believe Hoosier Nan found out about the cancer after she'd left her husband. Didn't have much time to enjoy the peace and quiet.

I wonder if Chickadee aka Cougar Annie came back with an alias. I never held that against her, we were all so gullible! ... I kinda miss Cougar Annie, actually. :-)

Who was it who was going to live in (?) Mexico for a while, with her young daughter, was that EJ Chase? Or WJ Simon? Seem to recall it was two initials and a name.

Didn't he change his username to dado potato? Don't ask me why I remember these things...

Okay--I know there are several Perfeshonall Lirrrarrans on this board, and I cannot believe not one of them recalled KShankar! She, is a very highly qualified library science guru, and a very fine SL participant. I believe she moved to Europe, awhile back. But, you knew that. Well, didn't you?

Matisse! I've been trying to remember her name for ages, so thanks! I remember once that Trisha or Pat somebody had fallen on really hard times and Matisse set up a paypal account for her and basically challenged us to put our money were our mouths were. I don't know how it ended up but I know I donated and had several offboard conversations with her about the situation. I think she finally was banned for being too rude to less liberal posters. I seem to remember that Sylvan was banned for the same thing. I had a different name on the old board, but I remember all of the aforementioned posters fondly - especially Billy BareButt. He was very funny. He was also a great advocate of the agricultural extension service.
