Trying to Find an Incremental Crossover Replacement

I'm working in an industrial company and I'm currently assigned to look for a replacement of Bei Encoder HS45. It is something like a heavy duty hollowshaft incremental encoder. This could increase the safety and consistent condition of an elevator. We want a suitable replacement model. Is anyone here has already tried a replacement for their Bei products? If so, please give us the details of crossover models that might be applicable for us.
