Collaborated in the kitchen tonight with DH and we put together a really nice dinner, if I do say so myself. Butter lettuce salad with Argentinian shrimp with a warm olive oil dressing infused with scallions and ginger. Tri-colored quinoa for a side dish. I heated the scallions in the olive oil, which is a major culinary feat for moi.
Supposed to be healthy and tummy-friendly.

Leftovers from a Mediterranean beef stew, some salmon my next-door neighbor caught, some pizza, and some other bits and bobs in the 'fridge. The kids are gone this weekend, so we're not cooking.
