The roster of "conservative viewpoints" they're willing to tolerate is pretty small. I don't think being offered air time is much of an issue. I think it's more a question of the gatekeepers being worried about someone shocking the sensibilities of their audience by implying that Western civilization is not the source of all evil in the modern world.
