I was at the Soo last year. There is a nice visitor's center and you're under glass to watch boats locking through.

Monday I'd still not seen a refund for my $843 from the dive boat, so I sent a polite email asking for an update. No response. This morning I was going through my email trash file looking for something, and found an email from the dive boat/dive ship owner. It was sent within 30 minutes of my email asking for an update on refund. He tells me to stop making negative comments about them, otherwise they will take legal action.
I'd not posted on the diving forum since the whole thing blew up, but I have told some folks what he did and the back story.
Timing is rather suspicious. He doesn't want to give the refund. I could take them to small claims court, but it is just not worth the trouble. I want to concentrate on my new job and getting my diving going again with the gal instructor. I'm sure he doesn't want me to come after them for the refund. I just want to move on.
