DW's turn to cook tonight. All I know is that it involves chicken breasts.

Pork chops here tonight, as well, along with kohlrabi fries -- french-fry-cut kohlrabi tossed in a coating and baked. This recipe was just OK; I'll change it up considerably next time and it will be a much better substitute for french fries.

Dry rub chicken wings and home made French fries. SO was dubious about the chicken wings when I made them a couple weeks ago but today he’s totally on board. The dry rub uses about 15 spices but miraculously all but onion powder is stuff we already had.

And the butcher near us has great sources. Their chicken wings are really great.

Salmon caught by my neighbor on his annual fishing trip with his church group. I should cook it on a plank on the grill, but it'll be in the 90s and humid here by dinnertime; that isn't happening. Broiled will be tasty, too. Or I could plank it inside (have to check that out...). Maybe cauliflower on the side. I think we're out of the other fresh vegetables we had on hand.

We are going out for lemonade sorbet at our local dairy bar.

We did that yesterday and then came home and followed it up with salad.

Maybe we'll do same thing today.
