Keto egg roll in a bowl (pretty much the regular recipe with shredded cabbage filling in for glass noodles).

Salad with lettuce, tomatoes, peppers and bocconcini, pepper dressing, a slice of whole grain buttered bread, an apple and tea. I had enjoyed a takeout perch snack with fries and coleslaw for lunch eaten in the car in the sunshine overlooking Lake Erie. Gorgeous day to grab the sunshine on a spontaneous outing..

A hamburger, made right here in my test kitchen. Also a romaine salad with artichoke hearts, onions, garlic, tomatoes and Trader Vic's Javanese dressing.
