Having had a serving of mac and cheese with carrot sticks and apple for lunch, it will back to pea soup and salad for supper with clementines

My therapist told me the way to achieve true inner peace is to finish what I start. So far today, I have finished two bags of M&Ms and a chocolate cake. I feel better already!

We had what is a long-standing favorite recipe in our house, tweaked over the years. It's chicken thighs, cooked with sweet potatoes, mango, and curry seasonings, all cooked together in one pan.
