Made a roasted cherry tomato sauce from garden abundance and using it to make a spinach orecchiette cheese bake. Along with neighbor's yellow squash sautéed with herbs, onions and garlic.
Homemade pizza. I have some things in the fridge that will/should be used up. Between pizza tonight and cp tomorrow, I should be able to use up instead of throwing out.

We had some eggplant and peppers and mushrooms, so I made a ratatouille. For the first time I paired it with white quinoa and it was delicious!!
