Chicken tacos with LO roast chicken, home-made salsa verde, lettuce and tomatoes from the share. And cheese. Possibly also green bean salad or something, haven’t decided.

Salsa is made, chicken is shredded. Cheese, lettuce and tomatoes to prep, etc.

Chinese sausages (Kam Yen Jan brand) with stir-fried peppers and onions.
The sausages contain soy sauce and sugar, and have a distinctive flavor.

And on Tuesday I made my under-the-weather DH homemade chicken soup using.... chicken thighs!

Yes, no wonder there are no thighs to be found with all of us SLN folks scarfing them up!

I believe that was LDAHL who brought thighs to our attention. I'm a breast man myself.
