    I have split pea soup in the IP for supper and future leftovers. Winter is definitely soup time as others have posted.

    Cleaning out the freezer : steak, faux mashed potatoes ( steamed cauliflower, then cream cheese and a pat of butter and blended with an immersable blender) and salad of cucumber / red onion. Recipe for the salad https://recipes.sparkpeople.com/reci...asp?recipe=409

    Tonight is spinach quiche.
    My therapist told me the way to achieve true inner peace is to finish what I start. So far today, I have finished two bags of M&Ms and a chocolate cake. I feel better already!

    Just by themselves? I love those so I understand, but personally I'd probably try to find some sort of vehicle to have them with, maybe just a couple slices of good bread, because that doesn't seem like a very filling meal by itself.
