Are you a vegetarian? It doesn't sound good to me either, but they taste good.

Not really. Not purist enough to be classified as one. But close. I try to economize, by eating less expensive foods, lower on the pyramid. See? Plus, I like those chickens my neighbor has, when they strut around, checking for bugs. We are better off having them doing that, than on our plate. It's too much hassle, cooking them anyway. I have important projects to see to. Hope that helps you some.

Quote O' the day: "Give 'em an inch, and they'll take a mile"----Anonymous Wisdom. Well,I been making progress on my trailer project. I've had it since it was a nice, new trailer in 1994. But, for the last 20 years, it has looked pretty shabby, due to deferred maintenance & deterioration in the wood floor. But, I've got the wood in my salvaged cull lumber pile, cut to size, now. Also, I picked up a 5 gallon bucket o' mistint exterior stain($22), that I'll use on the wood, to protect it. Yup. I've got to have that trailer in tip-top shape, to move vehicles, plus to haul a rental Terramite(brand name) excavating machine. Sure don't want it going through the floor, when I try to load it. Nope.

Okay---I'm making progress on my trailer. We DON'T need rain. I had to drill holes to attach a metal support on the crossmember of the trailer. It is really just a bracket made from scrap, metal that I've been hoarding for years. Scrap metal can be VERY useful, especially if you are like me! Yup. Earlier on, the chimney cap fell off the house. I put it on there about 30 years ago. The cap is okay---it was a band of metal, made of aluminum, that let go. Sooo, I have a nice assortment of this (scrap) polished stainless steel the right width, so I made a new band to hold it on. Yup. Also, the steel screws---replaced them with stainless, but had to purchase them. Also, there were 1/4 galvanized bolts I had on hand----been hoarding them for DECADES---that I also used. Should last at least 30 more years! Yup. Oh--one of myprojects is to sort through mysteering columns and steering column parts, and organize them a little better. You really can't have too many spare steering column parts, y'know. Yup. Hope that helps you some. ThankkMee.

Okay---the previous owner of this house left a lotta rubbish behind. But, you know what? They also left a 1969 Buick factory body service manual. That thing is pure gold, because not only do I have a 1969 Buick, but that shop manual has a special section dealing with the new-for-1969 Steering Column! It really applies to most GM (and even Jeeps &some oddball applications)for the next 40 or 50 years! It cleared up MUCH confusion on mypartconcerning repair procedures. Ha. But,yeah---just about every car / truckI've owned has had column work, both major and minor--by littlebittymee. Ha. And that book---that I saved---helped. Yup.

God Save The Queen!---Her Loyal Subjects. Do you kids know that Queen Vicky detested Polka Music? Yup. It was the loud, rock outdoor festival music of it's day, in Central Europe. But, Vicky was a fogey. They shoulda had termlimits, then. Yup. Did you know that Kaiser Wilhelm was her Grandson? Vicky 2, was his mom. He was the German Monarch up until the aftermath of the border war that British imperialists turned into WW1. Wilhelm lived out his days in Holland; right up to the border war with imperialist Russia that(yup--you guessed it)imperialist Britain also ramped up into what is now known as WW2! You wanna blame someone for all that suffering many times over---1/2 million Americans sacrificed---blame the English. Yup. Everything is an inside deal. We're with The Good Guys! The country that conquered land on every continent! Who burned the White House in their war of 1812. Yup. Ha. Hope that helps you some. Thankmee.

Okay----an important announcement about Progress ,as I know it. Not, as you kids think you know it. Ha. Anyway, I was the prevailing bidder on several shelves and a lowboy lateral file cabinet. These will be used to further organize my Stuff. VERY important and essential Stuff. Yup. Thing is, that particular auction site has gotten infected with apparent shill bidders. Like it's an inside job, to maintain their competitive edge with the client base. See? If anyone notices a pattern & complains, they can just blame site hackers, or something. Anyway, I'm gonna backoff from bidding there, in the future. But, I am glad to get this storage equipment. Sure beats a trip to ikea, or spending all day at an onsite auction or flea markets, etc. See? Anyway, the secret is in the storage. Any lazy fool can sit n watch TV & complain, but getting your stuff organized takes a REAL genius. Dumpstering is for weenies. See? Hope that helps you some. ThankkMee.

I am very organized. There are ads from a closet design company in our local newspaper that say "IMAGINE YOUR HOME, TOTALLY ORGANIZED," and it makes me indignant, because it seems to imply that my home is not TOTALLY ORGANIZED.

Imagine--My Home Totally Organized!! Hard to imagine, but I never give up trying. Nope. But, yeah---you've not only to be organized---you've got to know where it is! Yup. Like---sometimes I can't locate something I just know I have. So, I don't waste more time looking for it. I get busy with some other routine task, while letting the obsolete search engine in my brain have more time to find it. Then---all off a sudden---more results! That's usually where I put it. Yup. Okay---here's a peculiar circumstance--Imagine a mommy,a daddy, and two of their grown adult male offspring, all sleeping in the same bed! But, that's the world o'catts, for ya. Yup.
