I rarely read this thread because I don’t want to know about killers which you seem to have a obsession with. It’s nice that you rescue kitties.

Okay---TYVM for the VERY perfessional MH diagnosis, TT! I like to research plane crashes, too! Did you kids know that Tenerife, a popular tourist destination in the Canary Islands, holds the distinction of being the site of THE worst aviation disaster in history? Plus, another incident that is also another of the worst, in terms of fatalities! Yup. Anyway---another serious condition that afflicted me was taking old, junked bicycles, and of course--wasting time and money COMPLETELY refurbishing them, when I could have utilized the time and money resources on vacation trips, restaurant meals, event tickets, riding mowers and of course--Church Membership! But no, due to a serious mental condition, I redid this old, junked, 1987-model self-powered bike. It had sat out back, cluttering things up, since 2005. How do you like that? Hope that helps you kids some. 2022-04-24 (5).jpg2022-04-24 (3).jpg2022-04-24 (8).jpg

Okay---I know how summa you kids here seem to be fans of the music genre sometimes broadly referred to as "Americana". Okay--here's a recommended cover of a tune from the good old days(1940's), called "Ghost Riders In the Sky" performed by you tuber Carson McKee. Yup. Hope that helps you some. ThankkMee.
Okay---this is VERY scary. Aloha Flight 243, back in 1988, experienced an in-flight structural failure of the aircraft, while en route to Honolulu. The plane landed safely, and though all 99 passengers and most crew members survived, 1 flight attendant was swept away, and never found. One passenger said in a later interview that they noticed some small cracks in the exterior of the plane,as they were boarding, but decided not to report it. How do you like that? 2022-04-27 (1).jpg

Well, what I read was, that this was a big, bulky Boeing airliner, that had been used for inter-island transport in Hawaii. It had racked up years of short-distance flights, with a far greater % of take-offs and landings per air mile traveled, than your typical Boeing. Kind of like---taxicab use---starting and stopping--- is very hard on a car vs highway miles, traveling at a continuous speed. Only, it was the stresses of takeoffs and landings that evidently caused metal fatigue and cracking on the fuselage, till it finally tore away, in mid-flight! That is what the investigators concluded. But you know what? There may be another cause: Maybe it is just sheer BAD LUCK to travel to Hawaii, just for something to "do". Yup. So, why take a chance? Way I figure. Hope that helps you some. Thankk Mee.
Killers and plane crashes both equal a obsession with death. Done with this thread.
Nooooo, TT! PLEASE come back! We need you, very much! Let's compromise---I'll ONLY discuss crash sites & stigmatized properties--which are my interest area---rather than the incidents, themselves. See? Plus, I'll try and limit it to every once in awhile. After all, some people ARE interested in such things. Proof is, there must be SOMEONE funding all the media that presents it! Well, isn't there? I, of all people, can't be expected to sit quietly, just exchanging recipes, photos of the grandkids, and discussing my medical issues! Or, how things are going in you kidses' fav-O-rit place,U-Crane, and the dilemma Ol' Joe faces. . Hope that helps you some. Thankk Mee.
2022-04-25 (1).jpg2022-04-25 (1).jpgAttachment 4432 Here's a classic 66 Ponnyac. Compared to the cars they make now, they are a VERY simple machine. Yup.

Okay-----Topic: Scenic New Mexico AKA Land Of Encampment. Many people live in mobile homes, way out there. Yup. Anyway---here's a landscape photo, taken near Grants, NM. in early 1958. How do you like that?2022-04-28 (4).jpg
