RR---thanks for the photo. As an act of TOTAL defiance toward EVERYTHING decent, I'd like to acquire a choice, prime location---such as the top floor of The Brown Building in Manhattan, NYC, former home of the Triangle Shirtwaist Factory, and open a fine dining establishment called: The Eagle Buffet, in which we serve yummy, delectable, wild game, based on the diet of the Iconic American Bald Eagle. Our chefs will develop recipes for all kinds of vermin that people ordinarily regard as inedible. We will even have a bonus attraction for tourists--bungee jumping, out the windows, to the sidewalk below! Maybe even have Joe B. lead the house Band! But yeah---it will be the toast of the town, just like the late, great, BHSC in Covington Ky. Yup.

Okay----here's another case history. It may be on the exam, so pay attention. Here, you'll see a photo of a parking lot & some bushes. Well, it's been thataway for 45 years now, ever since the fire that destroyed THE nightclub called: Butch Cassidy's, or Butch C's, by The Cool People. The establishment was a discotheque, and had a crows' nest in the corner, where the DJ was. He sounded like a carnival barker, to me. Several songs from that place come to mind: Walk This Way & Dream On by Aerosmith; Love Hurts & Hair of the Dog by Nazareth. They musta only had two 45 rpm records, and played both sides of each, and that was the play list. But yeah-more importantly--Butch C's had Cheap Draw Nights, which always attracted a crowd, so it was literally packed! Anyway, one night, fortunately after closing hours, it caught fire, and was totally destroyed. Though no beer-drinkers were harmed, a total of 7 firemen were injured! Ever since that dreadful & dastardly day in Dec '76, the site has essentially been left vacant, as a shrine and memorial to Butch C's, just as it should be. Yup.2022-05-26 (3).jpg

Close but no cigar LittleBit, it was in Southgate KY. You'll damage your grisly death aficionado cred with mistakes like that.

Nope, limiting himself to one thread was his idea, and I've been impressed with the discipline shown.

Okay----I sure do apologize for making a mistake about such a VERY important subject like a place location in Kentucky! Ha. Not trying to be sarcastic; it just comes naturally. But yeah---I will offer you kids reparations, in the form of a photo or two of Porsche Girl, who generated controversy and unwanted attention to the family of the young girl who, without permission was driving her Fathers' Porsche at an illegal high speed, and lost control, went airborne and hit a concrete toll booth, and was fatally injured! Yup. What actually caused the distress was that the photos of the victim, still seated in the car, were leaked and posted on the internet. I decided to NOT post that one here, so you kids won't get sick. But, here's the wrecked car, and a photo of the girl, pre-accident. I really think that demmmacrats ought to start beating their war drums about those Porsches---they are Dastardly Death Traps produced by a former nazi country! How would you feel, if your child got ahold of one, and did this? Yup. Whattya think, Beta?2022-05-26 (5).jpg2022-05-26 (5).jpg2022-05-26 (4).jpg2022-05-26 (4).jpg

Okay---there was a popular nightclub here, that closed up 20 years ago. An RV parts store opened up in the same location, and the nightclub owner opened another club in an industrial area. Well, that one is closed, too. I saw an obit for the club owner, several years ago. It indicated that was her lifes' work. Yup. But the second location used the same name, with "II", after it. Sooo, since I have a shrewd sense for bizness opportunities, I figureed I'd borrow some $$ from underworld loan sharks, acquire the property pictured below & the one next to it, so I could build an addition in the form of an auditorium. Then, feature second-rate entertainment that is tooo corny for Lost Wages OR Branflakes, even! Of course--I'll use non-union wqrkers, pay 'em in cash, and re-wire the place using undocumented "electricians" to install Aluminum wiring to save $$$$. How does that sound? I told you kids I was shrewd! Anyway, it will be the BHSC II. Hopefully, I can locate that sign(also shown below)that someone has GOT to have stored away, somewhere, and use it on my new club. Wish Mee Luck. If the property looks familiar, well maybe it is. Because it was once the home of the fabulous "Meat Pit" restaurant that served yummy stuff! Yup. Hopefully, on a busy night, the place will have patrons packed in like sardines, but(also hopefully)NOT "stacked like cordwood", if you get my drift. 2022-05-27.jpg2022-05-27 (2).jpg

The young, hip, tolerant folks on the Mr. money mustache Forums banned someone who was doing exactly the same thing A few years ago. The banned guy had a thread in the journal section that isn’t even indexed on Google.

Some of the people who once hung out here were so twitterpatted about that man’s posts( which by the way were about perfectly legal things in his life) that apparently he just soured the whole atmosphere and they HAD to get rid of him. Apparently. Because it is too hard to stay out of someone’s own journal thread? Or whatever.

What a bunch of pansies. I’ve since seen them ban someone else that I’m still shocked by. After that I added a snarky tagline to all of my posts on the Mr. money mustache Forums.
