Okay---This catt showed up for din-din at his usual time, even after there was a lost report of a dead male tabby lying over on Norton Road, this afternoon. Anyway, he turned down the canned food in favor of dry crunchies. He hung out awhile, then disappeared. Yup.2022-08-10 (5).jpg

Me too. I thought about driving over there, but decided against it. Checking google showed it was at an interesection several miles away, even though the street runs close by. But yeah---any cat that roams places itself at-risk. Yup. That's why, I've kept one of my younger catts inside, lately. She went missing for 12-15 hours, two days in a row. Can't have that---catts are much too valuable. Upcoming project: Fenced catt yardd.

Okay---mo' news. Olivia Newton-John--Dead. Anne Heche--dead. Salman Rushdie--attacked by a knife-wielding assailant. No doubt Big Media is collectively disappointed Rushdie wasn't shot, instead. But, you can't have everything. There was a police/fugitive standoff, two miles from me. All of this makes loittlebittymee feel even older and more uneasy. Plus, my part-time foster step-cat did not show up for dinner, for the second day in a row. I fed the old girls, and brought them in early. Yup.

Okay----my part-time foster step-cat rescue came by at the usual time, but ate very little. He did lounge around for quite awhile. But yeah---at least he showed up. Anyway, I have an update on my research into the zhukofskyy-jarhead case. Ater several false results, I finally located the crash site. Yup. It is closer to the cabins where the group was staying, than I originally thought. I sttill maintain that google maps makes the terrain much more "flat" than it really is. The crash site sits on a gradient, but you wouldn't know it by the photo. Anyway, here's two pix of it. Thank Mee.2022-08-14 (1).jpg2022-08-13 (5).jpg

Okay---I listened/watched several more episodes of the trial. I still can't wrap my head around exactly how it happened; we know the result, but the case is still a mystery, to me. It's intriguing, because it happened in a locale that I'm not familiar with, and has people in one faction(victims) and the defendant, who is well---marginalized for several reasons. A fact which makes him vulnerable. But yeah--the case has apparently received little media attention, except online and in the Northeastern U.S. Hope that helps you some. 2022-07-22 (8).jpg

Okay----I just know you kids recall my recent description & case history of a classic I-wah car jock, who by the way--sold his murdercycle to finance the purchase of a turnkey ride---a 66 Chevy---that was 400 miles from his home. Like any Car Jock, he does the Drive-N-eat routine, on a regular basis. This weekend, he Drove-n-ate on a 100-mile round trip, with his buddies in a patridiotic murdercycle club. Sorry about the spelling, there. He dids not clarify how he got there, because he now has no motorcycle. Maybe he drove the classic 66 Chevy, which has a HUGE gas-guzzling motor. I don't know; even though my genius has no limits,I'll never understand. I missed breakfast, altogether. But, I'd liketa have some yummy pizza, about now. Just can't afford it, what with bidenflation going on. Hope that helps you kids some. 2022-07-22 (6).jpg

Okay---Looky here---the cabins where the Jarheads were staying, on their consumcation. That's a new word combining consume with vacation. See? Fatsos Riding flashy, 1,000 lb murdwercycles in a group just to drive-n-eat, for something to "do" is comsumpcation, according to mee. One of the riders testified that at the time of the crash, he weighed 370 pounds. But he said he has lost some weight, since then. They called him "Big Mac". One of the two wimmin killed(passengers on the murdercycles) had recently lost 125 pounds! . Yup. Anyway, the consumpcation resort cabins is near, but not at, the actual crash site. But, there is a memorial to "The Fallen Seven" at the cabins, which is I suppose a tourist draw. The Bikers held their last keg party, there, before setting out on their murdercycles in close formation, with their leader-of-the-pack legally drunk, at the time. Yup. The attorneys for the defense have pointed out that the members of the club were all former Marines, and a tight-knit, bonded group, who took an oath of loyalty to the club, upon joining. Yup. Anyway, it's interesting. Do those cabins look like tiny houses, to you kids?2022-08-14.jpg
