Our once every few months grilled steak with mushrooms and baby potatoes. DH is also grilling some squash. Oh and Olathe sweet corn - a regional favorite.

Homemade minestrone soup, with locally-sourced vegetables and hot sausages for an extra kick.

Going out to eat today. This is the meals I shopped for this week, plus salads, plus yogurt and berries for breakfast, plus leftovers.

    shakshuka - made last Saturday
lamb chops served with green beans cooked with tomatoes and with brown rice - made last Sunday - this was expensive
I don't think I even ate dinner Monday, I filled up on leftovers earlier in the day
cauliflower with potatoes https://www.olivetomato.com/greek-cauliflower-recipe/ - yesterday
    going out tonight

Bean burrito and taco. I'm getting a steady harvest of tomatoes which can find a welcome way into Mexican food.

Second attempt at naan pizza on the grill. Didn't set anything on fire this time since the grill is now clean. The result was pretty delicious. Talked to next door neighbor today and am a little sad. Yesterday it got up to 99 and she commented that the tomato plants got pretty scorched so she's not sure if there will be many more this season that are as good as what we've been enjoying.
