Purpose of New Hampshire is to tease us with the best place in the United States to be if only it were 20° F warmer.

Yeah, and I was being snarky of course. It's a lovely state and I have many wonderful NH vacation memories.

Okay---I was just sitting here, crunching the numbers, and came up with a rough estimate, which says that IF Nebraska was as densely populated as New Hamshire, then Nebr. would have 11.4 million residents! Human residents. At present, Nebr. has under 2 million. So yeah--as wild and wooly and rural as NH likes to present itself, to draw those tourists----the place has a lotta people. Yup.

Okay---it's raining, raining raining. I know we need rain, especially to curb the fires that keep happening, here and there. But see---we have a storm thats stalled over zurra, and it keeps pouring. But yeah---we've had ENOUGH, see? This is putting a stop to progress on summa my projects. See?

Okay----Forecast says rain will continue tomorrow. Tell ya what---if them demmacratz can fix this climate issue and stop the rain TONIGHT, I might consider voting for them. Yup. Ha.

Okay---I made a run to the nearby big-boxes, and at one I picked up a nice poly cat litter box that is made for mixing up concrete. Also, some 1 x 3 furring strips to use on my backyard cottage rehab project. Okay then---to the second big box where I got lucky. Ha. Not THAT kind of lucky; the GOOD kind, where they had an adequate supply of catt & dogg food on the shelf! Plus, a coupla cans o' beans for myself. So, yeah---went through a ho' lotta moolah, tonight. yup.

Finding the right cat food these days has become much like a scavenger hunt.

I cannot even consistently get what I want from Chewy, and if I can, I often need to buy a whole case of a single flavor that my boys will then decide that they hate.

Haha. I understand that very well. We finally found a brand that all 4 cats will consistently eat. Keep trying to introduce other brands/flavors one at a time and they are all duds. So we have a subscription to Chewy for delivery. THey sent it to us even though their website said out of stock.
