Salmon and a cauliflower casserole, with catfish nugget appetizer. Wasn't the plan, but Dsis called and said she'd just been gifted about 8 lbs of chicken breast and could she bring it up, as her freezer is full and she doesn't like white meat. (I don't either, but cut into tiny pieces and marinated in something, it's edible. And free.) Well, duh. ;-) She arrived with that, a large bag of onions, and several packages of salmon and catfish steaks. As the chicken was frozen but the fish was not, we decided to eat it. Pulled out some cauliflower we'd frozen along with a frozen pack of bacon/onion/garlic, stuffed them in the oven, added some yogurt and cheese, pan-fried the fish, and voila! nearly free dinner for 4! I am now soooo not hungry, lol.

Okay---They got these big cans o' beans at the double dent sunken freight salvage damaged past-best-by date discount place. I was kinda reluctant to try 'em---the price isn't dirt cheap, like I prefer. But yeah---I tried 'em, and they are edible. Sooo---I went back, and got a case o' 6 cans to finish up! Ha. But yeah---one can is on the menu for today. You won't find beans like THESE at Seven-Eleven Missippissi. Nope. Hope that helps you some.

    Left over veggie pizza.

In my carnivore days I liked to fry up a pork chop and dump a can of Campbells pork n beans on top. Early instant pot? Campbells pork n beans still go for pretty cheap here.

If I'm lazy and in no mood to cook, I'll saute some onions and garlic in olive oil, add canned beans and some chili powder or similar spices and water and boil down, and top with melted cheese.

There you go again on your 1111 Mississippi hobby horse. Right, I don’t think they serve canned beans there.

Uh--Faux, I'm not refderring to the same place you are. Nope. Seven Eleven Missippissi is entirely different. It's a place that feeds the homeless,. the Needy, the indigent, the poor. Yup. I been thinking about leasing the vacant industrial building at the bottom of the stoner hill, there in Herman, and opening up my own location of Seven Eleven Missippissi. Only call it: "We're in Misery" Yup. With food, shelter, abused substances, guns-n-ammo, and free everything else for the have-nots in society. We will draw clients from ALL over the state! THEN, Herman will have a little DIVERSITY, instead of just ruthlessly efficient Germans maintaining ORDER and having the police pay you a visit every time you commit one of their petty infractions. Yup. We will be like Britt, Iwah, only better, in that we'll have a hobo festival year round yup. Hope that helps you kids some. Thankk mee.
