    yay, I love Middle Eastern food! My current favorite restaurant in st louis is Middle Eastern.

    We have a pound of ground beef left over and we're deciding on burgers vs Scottish mince. I vote for the mince, personally.

    Ham sandwiches on wheat with Miracle Whip. Eaten while soaking in a hot bath. Ham is from a ham steak. Yum.

    And it’s a one pot meal. It takes the better part of two hours because there’s a lot of dicing and just a lot of steps generally. But nothing difficult. Just work through it. It’s cooking now. Just have to add the shrimp at the end and then the best part. Eat!

    We’re having a nice Sonoma Zinfandel with it since Zinfandel can stand up to spicy stuff pretty well.

    Did some food prep yesterday so have dinner already to go for tonight... chicken and broccoli casserole, probably over rice.
