    Chive salt

My chives blossom faster than I can use them at times. Last week I was gone quite a bit and upon returning saw blooms were profuse. I'd seen someone do this once, so I dehydrated them and whizzed them up with some Kosher salt. Can't wait to try them on some potatoes or sprinkled on salad.

    Have you ever tried this?17471551109818382706853907944630.jpg
My therapist told me the way to achieve true inner peace is to finish what I start. So far today, I have finished two bags of M&Ms and a chocolate cake. I feel better already!

Clever, Kay! You'll have to post back how it tastes.

Very cool! I might try that when my garlic blooms!
