Wow, I am so sorry to hear that. I have always enjoyed your input, and I believe you gave me the life-changing idea to store my washed greens in the salad spinner in the fridge!

This tea thread motivated me and I got off my duff and made some sun tea yesterday. Already almost gone! LOL

I made a nice big pitcher of iced tea last week and have barely touched it. It's been hot tea weather!

Hi, Tiam! glad you're here! I love spiced teas - Harney's Hot Cinnamon Spice is lovely. I also really like Taylor's of Harrogate peppermint tea, which is a tea-less tea Ice tea here is any black tea. we make up a strong concentrate and store it in the fridge in quart jars. When we want iced tea, we pour it into our glass so it's about a quarter full, and fill it up with cold water. we always have a couple jugs of water in the fridge, as some of us drink a lot of plain water, fruit-added to water, etc. So we can have all these different cold drinks and still have fridge space by making/using concentrates. Works for us!

Early: Is the concentrate just a super-strong brewed tea? What are the proportions? Your strategy sounds appealing to me because I would like to keep a pitcher of caffeine-free herbal tea as well as a pitcher of black tea, and there are also two pitchers of water, and these pitchers take up a lot of space!

early, I am also impressed and interested in your beverage strategy and would love to know how you make your concentrate. Also, do you have concentrates of other beverages as well?
