I'm in the middle of nice suburbia myself, in the Chicago area. My library is very nice, but I only go there every few years to renew my library card. I use Libby app for digital magazines and eBooks.

We are in the middle of suburbia, so I've never seen homeless people in the library, although apparently there is a small homeless encampment along the rail trail.
Good luck in the drawing when it happens! My library has a bunch of little gifts ranging across the ages - kids thru adults. Today is actually my weekly check-in! LOL
