    Air India plane crash

a Boeing jet crashed last month, Air India 171.

a preliminary report was released today and it is showing the aircraft to be not responsible. This is good news for our hometown aircraft company, Boeing.

quite a lot of speculation that two engines were shut off deliberately by the copilot.

the Malaysian crash many years ago is suspected of the pilot deliberate crashing the plane after locking the copilot out of the cabin . Wasn’t there a German airliner that went through that as well? Of course there’s all kinds of small privately owned planes where that happens.

Wasn't there also an Egyption airline where the pilot intentionally committed suicide by downing the plane and killing everyone on board?

Two experienced jet pilots with Youtube entries discussed the air fuel switches at length. It is not a simple push down or up switch but must be manipulated deliberately to move to a different position.

yes, I watched Captain Steve’s YouTube video before I made this post. Did you read the comments? One pilot with 15 years experience had talked to a colleague who confessed to thoughts of crashing an airplane full of passengers. That colleague was immediately taken off duty and permanently grounded.

yes, the captain did mention the report hinted that psychological experts were being included in the investigation.
