Okay----summa the ones i follow are of 3rd-worlders working outside--even spray-painting them there. At the other end of the scale are several VERY pretentious shop owners in Blue States doing paint work on collector cars(to make them esthetically pleasing), and both of those groups are amusing. In the middle of the ones i watch are several cantankerous old midwestern guys who've made a living at it and don't believe in wasting much time getting the job done, but still produce satisfactory results(so the owners can show off their pride and joy), without charging exorbitant prices. But yeah---it is not only VERY labor-intensive, but autobody materials and paint are expensive! And, utility bills for heat and electricity factor in. Yup. So, no---you can't afford to waste time on a project. Hope thaqt helps you some. Thankk mee.
I have wondered if there are any Stranger Things fans out there. It's slightly juvenile, but made up for in creativity and character development. I get the impression it's very popular.

I watched Dave Chappelle’s new Netflix comedy special “Unstoppable “which dropped today. It was really good. He addressed Charlie Kirk’s death, conspiracy theories, Puff Daddy’s crimes, and Dave’s own controversial performance in Saudi Arabia. He claims it’s easier to say whatever he wants to say in Saudi Arabia than it is here in the States. They do like the trans jokes over thete.
He ended the show with typical Dave wisdom, and you all here will like it: he urges everyone to come together in your community and “we will wait out that orange nigga.”

okay----i sat-n-watched a couple you toob videos about repairing/restoring the gel coat on fiberglass parts. The applications were boats, but guess what? 58 Packards use a fiberglass hood, as well as the two lower fender extensions. But yeah----the gel coat on my hood is ruff. Summa those people might try painting right over the hood after sanding, but that ain't the right way. Gotta fix the gel coat, first. See? Hope that helps you kids some. Thankk mee.
Binge watching Homeland, the series from a dacade ago. Pretty good "date" series, meaning both DH and I are enjoying it. Claire Danes, Mandy Patinkin, and Damian Lewis are all great.

Some seasons of Homeland were gripping. I did end up watching the entire thing, even though I took a break after… was it season two? The one where Brody is running around and up thru Canada. Then, I thought the season where Claire spends time in that Middle Eastern city… that one was very well plotted.
Claire Danes is in a current Netflix murder mystery on Netflix but I had to abandon it. It was just too silly and predictable even though the scenery is great. Matthew Rhys plays the antagonist.
From that same era is The Americans which is really quite brilliant, once you suspend disbelief about their costume changes and Kerry Russell’s ability to fight off large men. It is about Russian spies who assimilate into American
society and is really a family drama. It has possibly the best closing episode ever put on TV. Margot Martindale has a small butt juicy reoccurring role.
But back to Claire Danes; there is a woman doing hysterically funny impressions of Claire on Instagram. I will go off to see if I can provide a link.
