Five-hour stew. Cuz I can throw it together at noon and forget about it.

Made a really good soup in the cp yesterday. Thinking homemade pizza from the freezer and salad for tonight.

We are having a salmon fillet. Also cabocha squash souffle. Both squash and fish were given to us.

Tonight will be leftovers. Too many still in the fridge. I definitely need to learn to cook smaller quantities for dinner. LOL

My dh takes leftovers for work lunches, but because I'm still cooking too much, he gets tired of them and hates when I claim them to be dinner again. LOL.

Is there a recipe for thet spaghetti squash sloppy joes? I'm always looking for a new way to service spaghetti squash.
