okay----the current weather conditions here in Zurra would be normal in AB Canada, but after just ONE day of it, i have cabin fever. Yup. But yeah---that's okay; we know winter will be over in a few days. Hope that helps you some. Thankk mee.

Your dogs are loving it tho.
someone in St. Louis Reddit was saying he had to carry out a complex communication akin to hostage negotiations in order to get his Malamute back in the house. Others are chiming in about how their Huskies are romping and playing, oblivious to the cold and deliriously happy.
Northern dogs in MO have a hard time.
we like throwing a cat out in the snow once or twice a year for sport, but it’s too cold for that. We just want to toss her in snow, not have her freeze.
It warmed up to about fifteen here today with some blue sky. Nights look like single digits for a couple of days, but not much snow. I fired up the wood burning fireplace insert, for sure. I have bird feeder sand didn't see a one today. They must have been hunkering down too, but I sometimes wonder where they go as you hardly ever see any when it gets this cold.

okay, RE: Doggs. I stuffed their houses with straw sprinkled with Sevin dust the other day. But yeah---would not be surprised if they had rakeds it all out onto the ground and into a hole to curl up in. They will actually dig a pothole in the spring, grass grows in the pothole, which is their huskee bedd. Meanwhile, catts know that going out today would be unwise, so they stay in. I have cardboard boxxes for them to curl up in. Also, they can get MUCH attention. Yup.
okayy----just like those ukkrainias do, i will spell stuff ending in "y" with a double yy. Hope you don't get confused. But yeah--no need ta call itt to my attention. Soi anyway---yesterday was decent out, but not perfect. it's rarely perfect weather in Zurra. Nope. Anyway---in the afternoon, i got out there and jacked up my el cammino project and took off the rear weelz. Then went in and took a napp withh the catts. Then, got out there again, and pulled the rear end out. But yeah---today it is cold and damp out, so i will do other stuff---laundry, litter boxxes, etc. Maybe figure out the recipe for decent veggatable fried rice, go shopping at DolGen with my 25% 0ff coupon. They key is to purchase things that aren't already 25%-higher than other places, already. See? So anyway---since the forecast is for decent weather tomorrow(50's and sunny), hopeffully i can reinstall the rear end into another el camino parts car, so i can roll it off the trailer. Wish mee lucck. Yup.![]()
We're supposed to get into the sixties today and tomorrow, which will be a welcome change. It's been a pretty cold and snowy winter, and we've been really happy to have those new radiators.
okay----good to hear, rr. But yeah--Bahstun isn't noted for dee-lite-ful weather, is it? Just them kenn-o-dees. Yup.
okay----got reports from people "living"(if you can call it that---i call it "waiting to die"---in the wasteland waaaay up north in the middle o' nowhere, that everything is "canceled" on account of a little snow. Ha. but yeah---when i was a littlebitty boy, nothing was EVER canceled due to winter weather! nope. you just had ta deal with it, or get the hell out---move ta callyfornya with the rest of the people who couldn't take it. Yup. so, anyway---my infomant says they spotted a dutiful neighbor out "cleaning their walk", in a blizzard. Ha. it was blowing snow, and it did no good. Hope that helps you kids some. Thankk mee.
I repeat: I will never live north of interstate 80 ever again, no matter how pretty it is up there. it *is* is awfully pretty in many places.
