    Karla's Shoes

Here is what $800,000 will buy you in my neck of the woods! This building is a sore spot for many in town. I'm rather fond of it myself, and I even have the jigsaw puzzle.

Wow! What a story! So, I guess nothing will happen until the mom passes and hopefully the daughter has more sense! I hope she sells to the auto dealer who wants to use the land for a fountain.

The owner of this property is ridiculous. What an eyesore it is. Surely she understands the building is not worth anything, it’s the commercial land that is valuable. But that said, I have no idea how much it’s worth.

I've had a rough vision of a Karla's ornament as part of my Route One collection. I'll have to act on it one day.

I would love that actually. I think Karla's is very cool and a beloved landmark, although I might be the only one in town who feels that way.
