Fresh spring pea and beratta salad, beef medallions in a saucepaired with Maine lobster, whipped potato gratin, tri- roasted cauliflower, sherry braised pickled shallots, and grand opera cake with espresso cream and chocolate ganache.

The steak and lobster were frozen to be donated to women's shelters.
