Birthday drama. Really, Dad, I'm glad you are planning ahead for your arrangements, but don't tell me you are gifting yourself your gravesite for your birthday and then play me an arrangement of songs you've picked out for your funeral because you are going to be 64 now and it could be anytime. Remember how Grandma used to do that? Every year since she was 50? And how it totally brought down the birthday mood? And how she didn't die until she was 80? Yeah. Same thing. Suck it up old man and enjoy your cake and ice cream.

To the self centered, thoughtless female who pee'd all over the toilet seat at work and couldn't be bothered to clean it up--what is UP with you, skank?

I just need to complain to the ether tonight ~ my resolve to go caffeine-free is weakening (I had cut back gradually for several weeks) and am now on almost day 3 of no caffeine. The withdrawal headache is unrelenting *grit teeth* In addition, I started PT on Monday for my shoulder and neck and the minimal, really minimal stretching they had me start with has caused an upset in the mechanical system of my upper body ~ now everything freaking hurts above my waist! Headache, neck ache, funky feelings in my arms and shoulder blades. Knock me out, sleep!

And the only way the pee would have gotten there was from her 'hovering' to avoid sitting on the seat - she managed to make it even less hygienic for anyone else to make butt-to-seat contact!! So nasty.

And so miserably common. Pee on toilet seats is one of my big teeth gritting ones, too. Such self absorption and disregard for others leaves me speechless.

Too many things going wrong this week: too much work, too many deadlines, too many trainees, too little sleep, period too uncomfortable, too little exercise, too much junk food. This to shall pass (is what I keep telling myself). I just have to get through the next two weeks.
