I just tried the recipe, Rosemary. I made it using my Vitamix high-powered blender, instead of a food processor. I started on Variable 1 and slowly increased to Variable 3 setting, adding the unsulphured, pitted Medjool dates one at a time, and it worked just fine. They are delicious! I cut them into 1/2" thick, 1 1/2" squares and wrapped them individually in plastic wrap, then froze them in a sealed plastic container. Using the nutritional information on the packages for the ingredients, I was able to determine that 1 raw brownie contains approximately 15g carbohydrates.
