Lawyer handling ownership thing has been spending time with brand new grandkid. got notification to him that I am on a time crunch (he is doing this Pro bono as friends with multiple of his family, business partner, and he and Tim used to be good friends).

Think I found the life insurance on Tim, so dealing with getting part of my money that was promised to me back, putting part of it in the emergency fund, and set up my life insurance that 20% of it goes towards to restaurants emergency fund. (the other 40% each, will pay off my nephew's house, and then almost half of my nieces house, move them forward)
