Glad I could give you some dinner inspiration. Ours were yummy as well. Even have some leftover for the boys breakfast if they want them.
We did grocery shopping yesterday and English muffins were on sale, so that clinched it!
I'm grocery shopping tomorrow. Tonight... tired, more mixed schedules, craving = Marie Callendar chicken pot pies. LOL.

Cats have their yearly check up so will be picking up dinner tonight. Choices are limited so it will probably be Burger King.
Picked up those english muffins, as well as some pork roll - pork roll, egg and cheese on an english muffin! I've been craving since the above post. LOL
