Grilled chicken wings and coleslaw.
Yesterday and last Friday we went to a bbq place in town and had great meals both times. But SO had wanted coleslaw as a side (as a diabetic he is trying to avoid carbs) and both times they didn’t have any. So I made it for the first time ever as a surprise for him. And it turned out fantastic. SO had seconds of both the wings and the coleslaw. Coleslaw will definitely be part of the rotation for veggies.
