Ended up going to TMobile and getting an iPhone SE generation 3 phone half price and used the 55+ discount for service. Added son to account. Just did this but so far like the phone. It is similar to using my iPad so not a big learning curve. Tried using the phone in places I could not get service previously and so far, so good. Will check out putting TMobile app on phone based on CS guy in the store who said they provide free roadside service for the car???

Rosa, I got Covid halfway through the trip so missed half of it. I had to spend 8 days isolated in a hotel room before the tour company would fly me home. Ireland has no official restrictions but followed the guidelines recommended by the county I was in when I said I was sick and tested.

When others saw what happened to me they didn’t test and stayed on the tour. It’s disappointing of course because it’s a expensive tour and only 8 days of sightseeing since you lose a day and half each way with travel. So I was only on the tour for 4 days.

I hope it was at least a nice hotel room? I can think of worse things than being stuck in a luxurious hotel room, although I'm sure it would still be frustrating.

Oh, tt. So sorry for you getting covid and missing so much of your trip. I hope you were able to create some great memories on the part of the tour you were able to participate in. Glad you are home and doing better!

It was a really nice hotel with a huge room. Room service only had 4 main courses so I ate a lot of the same thing. Plus I am a fussy eater. The staff went to the pharmacy twice for me since I couldn’t leave. I was worried about getting really sick and dying without anyone knowing so had them get me a oximeter so I could keep track of my oxygen level because I also have asthma. I didn’t get super sick. I am still exhausted.
