That sound wonderful, Catherine, and is definitely part of the joy of getting older. My husband was talking about the same thing this morning, about how much pleasure we get from watching the two local granddaughters growing up, and how it feels to be the elders in the family--really good. The Air bnb is a fantastic idea. I was talking about potential funerals for myself this week as I had to go in for major surgery, and told my husband to rent a bnb for the kids for a week to gather, unless they just wanted to do a zoom funeral. Either would have been fine, but they would have business to conduct and better to get them all together.

But surgery went well and here I am, grumpy and in pain but still here, so will think about using bnb for something nicer like Christmas.
