I’ve been making flatbreads with sliced garden tomatoes and a little bit of pesto drizzled over the top with a bit of olive oil. They’ve been very good

Summa them ramen noodles in a cup, that I added some hot sauce to. See---I made a grocery run to walmart, and they actually had some canned catt food on the shelve! So, not to be greedy---I picked up two whole cases, but left two cases for other customers. Don't want their catts to go hungry. But yeah---that left VERY little $$$$ for human food. Sooo, I had ramen noodles. Yup. If walmart hadna had that food, I was gonna make a run downta food-4-less, and pick up a case or two of catt food. But, thats halfway across town, which consumes too much Bidengas & runs the risk of a wreck. Traffic is murder. Driving is not my hobby.

It does sound good, although I didn't grow basil this year. I made pizza not long ago and instead of using tomato sauce I brushed on olive oil with some minced garlic. Then garden tomatoes. It was surprisingly good. I guess that's sort of similar.

curried chicken- very easy -rub the spice mixture on chicken parts, skinned, boneless or skin on and bone in Put on foil lined cookie sheet 400 degrees for 6 minutes if tenders and 10 or 20 minutes if parts. 1 tsp. curry powder, 1 tsp chili powder, 1/2 tsp cumin, 1/4 tsp. allspice, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, salt and pepper, 1 lb. of meat I just put it in the freezer bag when they've thawed and squeeze it until all coated. Add a little oil or butter if you want. pop in the oven and YUM! I amde a larger bathc of the spice mixture to have on hand so I don't have to measure all the time!

Nswef, thank you, I will try this but def. send it to my son, as I think he would love this and we have started trading recipes.
Is the salt and pepper for the spice mix or is it from another recipe with the 1 lb of meat, or does this just mean it is the amount for 1 lb of chicken?
