Oops, I accidentally cut my cat’s whiskers on one side of her face. Mr Google says it will take 6 weeks to 3 months for them to grow back. I’m glad she is not out in the wild having to find her way in the dark.

Guess we will learn if what I always heard is true, a cat uses it's whiskers for balance. (cat act drunk?)

Whiskers act as antennae to alert her when she’s running into things. Things being walls, brush, plants, furniture.

Okay---IU would advise that you STOP micro-managing your Catts life! They are NOT a Bulldogg or a Huskee who requires a high level of maintenance. They are a CATT. Their body is their property. Don't be surpised if she starts plottig to knock a vase off a shelf, right above your head. Yup. Hope thatt helpps you some.

I was trimming the ruff around her neck. It is the first part of her body to get knots.

I will have her shaved in a few weeks, but right now I am just trimming with scissors.

I see no hint of anger toward me. She is always a happy little Buddha cat! She just bops along in life, playing, napping, taking cuddles.

Okay-----Fluffy gave herself a restyle awhile back, by sitting on the stove, next to an active burner. She was just warming herself, BUT I guess she musta singed her fluffy coat, on the lower sides. It didn't burn her scalp at all. But yeah--I first noticed the odor of burning hair, before I saw Fluffykins' noo doo. Ha. So anyway--it was kjinda beneficial to her. I was "thinking"(ha) maybe Faux could put the tea kettle on to boil, and her Kitty from Indyanna could get up next to it, and maybe trim those imperfections off. Hope thatt helpps you some. Walked into the house yesterday ready to enjoy my 3 day weekend when I get a text from a co-worker saying there was just a homicide in the City where I work. I happen to process crime evidence for the City I work for so that means that come Tuesday, not only will I have a bunch of stuff waiting for me from the long weekend but now I will have a crap ton of stuff from the homicide. Fricking great!
