Okay---Yah, Rogar---Music Education in public schools is pretty essential. Ramping it down, while investing even more in Competitive Sports or other programs is not good. Music Education seems to build character and open doors for students. It may give them a lifelong path to follow. It bringsa out the best in youngsters, in the prime, formative years of their lives.
