I have a customer who needs to get hit by a bus. One of his staff sent a request at 5:15pm yesterday REI wearing something be done. We leave at 5. I did the thing this morning. Idiot customer called me a lazy b*tch and incompetent for not staying to do it. He claims an email was sent around 1pm with the request, but no one in my company has such an email. Salesman (a nice one) with my company who handles this customer called me to find out what happened. He got a profanity laced tirade. I was so angry I was shaking. I’d happily piss on this customer’s grave. Treat me like crap or piss me off and you’re an enemy for life.
What a douche bag.
