I’ve mentioned my favorite podcasters are three London boys. I like their UK perspective. One of them has a very strong Venezuela connection because his mother is Venezuelan, he was sent to Venezuela as a child to spend many summers there, he speaks their language, and he has friends and relatives there who are giving him on-the-ground-live updates.

So I very much appreciated his take on the whole Venezuela situation today on a live stream. I understood very little prior and after that I have an overview of what is going on and why.

Another thing I like about these guys as they absolutely LOVE United States for several reasons.

Saw on tonight’s news trump received $1 billion from oil companies (for campaign?). Also included Cuba as another take over country. And, moron is still making irrational comments to Iran. When does the idiocy stop?

The news seems to think Cuba will be next. Under what auspices I'm not sure, but the propaganda machine will be the first sign followed by the sword rattling. A new Bay of Pigs headed by the barnyard boar himself?

This has got to be costing the tax payer a lot. Why not just send a few billion more in weapons to Ukraine and be over with that?

Today the Hill had an article saying the White House website has blamed the deomocrats for staging the Jan. 6 insurrection.

The White House launched a website Tuesday praising President Trump for his handling of the Jan. 6, 2021, attack, simultaneously blaming Democrats for having “masterfully reversed reality” and saying Trump “corrected a historic wrong” in pardoning those charged with crimes related to the storming of the building.

I'd love to look into that allegation but the link you provided doesn't say anything about a White House website or anyone blaming Democrats for staging Jan 6th. Your link seems to simply be a reminder that Jan 6th occurred 5 years ago and Republicans suck. Can you follow up with something useful?

Edited to provide update: By searching The Hill's site I was able to find the article you referenced although it doesn't provide a link to the White House website either. It does quote a White House spokesman who says it was part of a "trolling" effort and suggested he was a bit incredulous that the media fell for it. I'd love to see the actual site just out of curiosity.
