Pinkytoe, I watched the Landman trailer and that looks pretty cool. My sil is from Houston and her dad was an oil man, just like in the show--I think the rehearsal dinner might have been at the Petroleum Club or something like that, big deal, lotsa cash, and her stepfather told a dirty joke and absolutely freaked out my mother. Very Texas.
Landman is fantastic. Billie Bob Thornton is the most "real" character I have seen in a long time. The part was made for him. We are going to go back and watch Goliath which also starred him as the main character. Even watched Bad Santa I and II, where he is the Santa, although they are so so bad that I cannot recommend.
The Pitt is so good we are going to rewatch ER. I think the only sets used are inside and right outside the ER.
I did that, Sweetana, watched all of ER. Somebody said they should have called The Pitt "CartER"!
