It would be of interest some day to see a list of Trump's circle who have been convicted of crimes and/or are under investigation. Including those who've been pardoned. It sounds like they may at least take Bannon out of circulation, but he probably has expensive lawyers, too. Giuliani seems to teeter on the edge of the law.

We have a county official, Tina Peters, who is a "stop the steal" Republican and is currently charged with election tampering. She received the distinction of being featured in a New Yorker article.
I don’t like recognizing this physician/rioter either, But aren’t we glad she was convicted and served time? Can’t we be happy about that?

Is there anything we can be happy about?

I think the recognition may have a lot to do with her stance on anti-VAX anti-mask sort of alternative to CDC dictums as much as anything, but that’s just my speculation.

But the big picture is: sure, prosecute the Jan 6 rioters to the full extent of the law. Which is hapoening.
