How about we start with the ones who assaulted the Senate on Jan 6 dancing the Tyburn jig, then work our way around to the other problem children…

I've been thinking about doing a GoFundMe to build a full-scale replica of the Tarpeian Rock on the Mall in DC.

Seriously....

"Republican Rep. Louie Gohmert of Texas presented an honorary American flag recently flown above the US Capitol to a convicted January 6 rioter after she was released from prison Friday.
Gohmert, a Trump ally who has previously promoted debunked conspiracies about the January 6, 2021, insurrection, met Dr. Simone Gold upon her release from federal prison in Miami on Friday and gifted her a flag flown over the Capitol along with an official certificate. In a statement released Friday, Gohmert falsely claimed that Gold was "a political prisoner," a term many supporters of former President Donald Trump have used to inaccurately describe the prosecution and incarceration of January 6 defendants."
60% of the population will have a chance to vote for an "I support the big liar" republican this november... And the non-trump republicans believe that the party will somehow go back to being the "tax cuts for rich" party in their lifetime. LOL.

That's rather disturbing. The transitory news has dropped the Jan. 6 proceedings, but I assume there is more to come on that front.
It would be of interest some day to see a list of Trump's circle who have been convicted of crimes and/or are under investigation. Including those who've been pardoned. It sounds like they may at least take Bannon out of circulation, but he probably has expensive lawyers, too. Giuliani seems to teeter on the edge of the law.
We have a county official, Tina Peters, who is a "stop the steal" Republican and is currently charged with election tampering. She received the distinction of being featured in a New Yorker article.
It's fascinating to watch apologists for this gang of miscreants reach desperately for any evidence that "both sides do it," when they clearly don't. Obviously, I'm older than dirt, and the only comparable situation in my lifetime was Watergate, for which Nixon was widely and correctly reviled. And that didn't involve stolen (and sold?) state secrets.
