Interesting that you posted this as I just started getting ads for this on my computer - lol. I don't think it is a bad thing, especially if it helps you plan meals and actually save money in the long run! Good luck with it.

The NYT site looks good--I love and use Plan to Eat--it is SO EASY to import recipes from anywhere--you basically just click on the URL and the website formats it and files it into the program. Every time I go through the "subscriptions to cut" list, I never cut Plan to Eat. https://www.plantoeat.com/tour/onlin...BoCImEQAvD_BwE

Klunick: I want to thank you again for the home-made egg Mcmuffin suggestion. We've had it for dinner several times including last night. It's fast, easy and delicious!

Saw somewhere where you can bake eggs in a muffin top pan, freeze and then just microwave for egg McMuffins. Useful if you have lots of eggs .... ?

Thanks frugal-one, that sounds like a good tip but we do not have a microwave.

Cooked squash today, so tonight's dinner will be spaghetti squash with crushed tomatoes. Also roasted two North Georgia Candy Roaster squash that I'm going to make soup out of for tomorrow. Never had it before so fingers-crossed!
