Okay---Yeah, the OP was totally spot-on, about what totally crime-ridden and totalitarian hellhole this place is. There's so much crime and as a result--cops, whio treat everyone as a possible suspect. Being a Semi-Big City, where the insular affluent run things, everything is illegal but enforcement is highly selective. I subscribe to all the f-book sfield-relevant accounts, and yeah---it's pretty bad. Place may get high marks for being cheap, but do you ever get your money's worth? Not here. May as well move to a good place. Yup.
